In the year of 2000 I had the opportunity to start within the "People Career Business", create a win win for an employer and a future employee for the long term. I experienced how personal attention is being appreciated and really can make a difference in our field of Executive Search and in particular in our field of Hospitality. Started from scratch, learned from great leaders, and grew up the ladder, while in the meantime, doing what I love. Very grateful for that!
